GHM Field Services cc has over 25 years instrumentation and calibration experience and is committed to a policy of Quality Assurance and will ensure that this is understood, implemented and maintained.


We are committed to provide you with superior on-site and in-house calibration and repair services for a wide range of testing, measuring and manufacturing equipment. Our consistent growth and expansive coverage is a testament for excellence in customer service. High accuracy master equipment, trained personnel, validated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & strict environmental conditions are maintained to ensure measurements with high accuracy.


Calibration Certificates issued by the Laboratory facilitates traceability to National or International standards.


Our goal is to continuously measure and improve the processes that contribute to our effectiveness, efficiency and productivity in order to deliver quality products and services at competitive prices.


QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT

GHM Field Services cc is committed to a policy of Quality Assurance and will ensure that this is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels in the organization.

The laboratory is committed to dynamic Quality Management and has developed its own Quality Assurance Manual to ISO 17025: 2015 standards being General Requirements and criteria for the Competence of Calibration and Testing Laboratories.

Our goal is to continuously measure and improve the processes that contribute to our effectiveness, efficiency and productivity in order to deliver quality products and services at competitive prices.

In fulfilment of this policy we will ensure that test results generated by this laboratory will reflect the accuracy and precision technologically necessary to provide a high degree of confidence in the laboratory’s different fields of competence.

Our Quality Policy is thus directed at achieving the following objectives:

▪ Providing a high level of confidence that test results are accurate by ensuring that Quality control parameters are adhered to, and that the method of performance is satisfactorily certified at all times with the aid of the GHM Field Services certification information system.

▪ Contributing towards the Management objectives of the laboratory by optimizing direct cost of Quality Assurance against the cost of potential losses and client complaints. Client complaints will be monitored and dealt with in a professional and courteous way and proper use will be made of a nonconformance quality component to evaluate customer satisfaction on a monthly basis in order to improve our customer relationships.

▪ Improving communication between staff and improving managerial and technical skills by means of training programs so that there is an ongoing improvement of companywide competence that is reflected through a detailed skills matrix.

▪ Instilling the need for self-discipline and attention to detail in personnel executing the activities of the laboratories via regular audits of both systems and procedures on a quarterly basis.

▪ Continually striving for quality improvement through regular review of the Quality Management System to strengthen the laboratory credibility and integrity.

These objectives are monitored during external and internal audits and reviewed at Management Review Meetings.
